The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and the mark Discipline. Capital. Distribution.™, belong to Silverback or are used with permission. Portfolio brand names and logos, including King of Pops, 18.21 Bitters, and Monday Night Brewing, and any other third-party names or logos shown on the site, belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the site grants you any license to use any name, logo, or content without written permission from its owner.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful, informational purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial use, interfere with the site’s operation, misrepresent your identity in communications with us, or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

Submissions

Information you send through the Start Conversation form or by email is governed by our Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry does not create any business relationship, partnership, or obligation on either side.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
